WHAT IS ATX Student Weekend? ATXSW is an in-town retreat where students gather together for worship, biblical teaching, crazy amounts of fun, and more. Our desire is that students would encounter Jesus in a whole new way and begin living on mission in their schools, on their sports team and in the city of Austin. We have collaborated with several churches and combined all our resources to pull off an EPIC weekend that your student won’t want to miss. It is like summer camp in February!

Is this an overnight event?
No, this retreat will not be an overnight event. Students will need to be picked up and dropped off to ACF at the designated times on the schedule.
What about transportation during the weekend?
ACF has arranged buses to take your students from Austin Christian Fellowship to Austin Ridge and back the whole weekend. Parents will only need to take care of initial drop off/pick up transportation as indicated on the schedule.
What about meals?
Students will need to eat dinner before coming to check in at ACF Friday night. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. Sunday night we will have dinner provided as well. If your student has any food allergy, please make note on the registration form when you sign them up.

Friday, Feb 24th
6:00 PM- Check In at Austin Christian Fellowship
7:00 PM- Buses arrive at ACF, Head to Austin Ridge
7:50 PM- Austin Ridge Doors Open
8:00 PM- Sessions #1
9:30 PM- Head back to Austin Christian Fellowship
9:45 PM- Small Groups
10:30 PM- Parent Pick Up
Saturday, Feb 25th
8:30 AM- Breakfast at Austin Christian Fellowship
9:15 AM- Buses arrive at ACF, Head to Austin Ridge
9:50 AM- Austin Ridge Doors Open
10:00 AM- Session #2
11:30 AM- Lunch at Austin Ridge
12:30 PM- Head to ACF for Free Time/Games
4:30 PM- Buses arrive at ACF, Head to Austin Ridge
5:00 PM- Dinner, Block Party, Silent Disco all at Austin Ridge
7:00 PM- Austin Ridge Doors Open
7:15 PM- Session #3
9:00 PM- Head back to ACF
9:30 PM- Small Groups
10:30 PM- Parent Pick Up
Sunday, Feb 26th
Sunday morning we would love for your students to join us at either the 9:30 or 11:15 service at ACF. We will meet back up for our closing session 4:30 PM in the ACF Student Building and end at 7 PM. Dinner will be provided.
