Anxiety Support Group: The Hill Country Bible Counseling Center is offering a 6-week support group designed to give women a place to be heard and supported around the issue of anxiety. *Begins Spring 2023
The group is designed for women 18+ and will focus on topics such as:
- Understanding you're not broken
- Anxiety can be helpful
- Understanding the brain and body response systems
- How to care for your body
- How to control your anxious thoughts
- How faithful people in the Bible struggled with anxiety
939 Support Group: Hill Country Counseling Center is offering a group for parents, family, and/or friends of people experiencing LGBT+ concerns. The group is designed to give members a place to talk honestly and openly about the challenges of loving, supporting, and ministering to their LGBT+ loved ones while remaining congruent with their Biblical beliefs.
