About the Family Dedication

We are honored to host you and your family at our upcoming Family Dedication event. But we want you to know—it’s so much more than just an event. Our family dedication celebrations are meant to serve as a way for you as parents to begin thinking about what your child needs most—and we believe that is love. Yes, your love, but more importantly, the love of their heavenly Father.

Our hope is that through Family Dedication, you will establish a commitment to raising your child to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And not only that, but we want to partner with you in this endeavor.

Because of that, we ask that you watch two short videos before attending the event. In those videos, you will be given an assignment to complete before Family Dedication. And listen—we know you’re busy—so we wouldn’t ask you to do these things if we didn’t think they were very, very important. You will find the brief videos and homework below!

Prepare for the Dedication

Watch: Imagine the End Video

Homework: Write a letter to your child. In the letter, write a description of the type of person you’d like your child to grow up to be. Choose 3-5 words and write a brief explanation of what those words look like.

Homework: Choose 1 Bible verse that you want read over your child at the Family Dedication.

Watch: Widen the Circle Video

Homework: Decide who you will invite to Family Dedication Celebration. Use the invites we provide or send your own! Let Dana know by March 22 how many will be attending with your family.
