Financial Stewardship

At ACF, we believe giving financially is a way we worship God - just like singing in church or caring for others. We currently invest 35% of our church's financial resources in life-changing ministries locally and globally. You can read more about ACF's vision for giving in our "Our Values. Our Vision." section. 

We encourage you to read this special message about the impact of your faithful stewardship. 

When you give faithfully, you help transform lives!

We are so thankful for each of you, our ACF family, who sacrificially give of your time, talent and treasure. You understand that giving is an act of worship. And, the impact of your giving is felt not only here in Austin, but around the world.

You may ask “how is the money I give at ACF spent?” Your giving does so much more than pay the electric bill here at the church. When you give your tithes and offerings, you enable us to meet needs and help disciple others to better know, love, and serve Jesus Christ. For example, because of your generosity in 2011...
  • a secondary school is being built in Uganda
  • assistance is being provided for building three new homes in Bastrop for families devastated by wildfires
  • a safe afterschool program is being fully staffed in East Austin
  • more than 200 orphaned and discarded children in Nicaragua are receiving a quality education
  • programs like DivorceCare and GriefShare are offering help to a growing number of individuals and families
  • men are given the opportunity to engage in life-changing community projects
  • underprivileged Austin kids are given an awesome Fall Festival experience in their own neighborhoods
  • childcare is provided weekly to more than 100 area pre-schoolers so moms can have quality time for Bible study and relationship-building
  • training and support is provided for families interested in foster care and adoption
  • hundreds of families receive counseling and care in seasons of change and times of crisis
  • ministries like Austin Life Care receive valuable help and assistance
  • opportunities for volunteer leaders to be mentored and equipped abound
  • worship leaders in Russia are offered best-in-class training to equip them to impact their communities for Christ
  • needs of women outside of ACF are met through bible studies, MOPS and Mom-to-Mom
  • a week of fun, laughter, and the Gospel is provided at Mega Camp Fun to more than 250 school-aged children who don’t call ACF home
  • more than 500 students are learning to transform their schools and communities through “everyday encounters” of service and care
  • more than 100 ACF small group communities are provided ongoing training and bible study opportunities
  • in Guatemala, an entire village is being transformed for Christ because of a free lunch program offered to children living in poverty there

That’s just a portion of what your gifts are enabling; and we believe God has challenged us to do so much more. So, if you do give, thank you!  If you don’t currently give, please pray and ask God to help you get started. You will never be sorry you did.
