Welcome!
We're so glad to have you and your kids join us in Camp Fun!
You may be wondering where to go when you arrive at ACF. Right inside the front doors, you'll see Camp Fun on your right. You'll find a whole team of people ready to help you get to the right place. Our volunteers will greet you, guide you through the registration process, and personally escort you to your child's classroom. They will be happy to answer any questions you have about Camp Fun and will make sure you have a map of the building so you can easily navigate the hallways to find your child at the end of the hour.
Checking In
When you visit Camp Fun for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a Family Information Form for your family. This information will be entered into our computers and be kept private. You will receive nametags for your children and Security ID receipts for you to use to pick your children up.
Enrolling
When you are ready to make ACF your church, let us know at the Check-in desk and we will add you to our regular attendees. At that point, your family will receive TWO Camp Fun cards that you can keep in your wallet. Each of these cards will contain a unique barcode on the back. These barcodes will be connected to your family’s information. After receiving your cards, you can use them to check-in at any one of our self check-in kiosks. There you will be able to print nametags for each child & Security ID receipts for yourself.
Please note that you must have your Security ID receipt to pick up your children. Each receipt will have a random code listed for each of your children and Camp Fun volunteers will check those codes to ensure that your children are only picked up by you.
