ACF Creative Arts
At Austin Christian Fellowship, the use of lighting, music, sets, sound, video, or drama to set the mood and tone is a natural part of our worship experience. Members of the Creative Arts team help bring all of these elements together effectively. Technical expertise is important, but your involvement goes far beyond that.
Whether you are working behind the scenes as a lighting tech or are an actor on stage in a comedic sketch, you are actively ministering to the congregation – and to each other. Serving on the team is much more than punching buttons on a sound board or making sure the podium (“Woodrow”) is placed on stage for the teaching pastor. You are helping create an environment where people’s hearts will be open to what God has to say. Your service is an act of worship in itself.
