How We Grow
We share the same goal that Paul expressed to the church at Ephesus, that: "we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ." (Ephesians 4:15) . In other words, once a person enters into a relationship with Christ, our role as a church is to help them grow as a disciple of Christ.
A disciple is one who is learning to live like Christ.
Our process for growing disciples is very simple and straightforward. We are here to enable Christ followers to KNOW, LOVE and SERVE Jesus Christ. We believe this is a cyclical, on-going process that centers around the person of Christ.

But KNOW, LOVE, SERVE is more than a catch phrase for us. It is how we define and do ministry.
To KNOW is learning to trust God.
This is where a person has an encounter with the one and only true God, discovers who He is, and takes Him at His word. Our weekend services are designed to help facilitate this discovery process. Next, we believe the more we know God, the more we will want to love Him with others.
To LOVE is learning to follow Christ with others.
When a person discovers who God really is, he or she cannot help but be gripped by His love. This love is not given to simply be enjoyed; it is given in order to be shared with others. We believe a person loves Christ best in the context of a small group community. When we love Him in this way, the natural result is that we want to serve Him more.
To SERVE is learning to live beyond ourselves.
When we live in community with other Christ-followers, we learn what it means to defer to others, we learn the importance of ministering to others, and as this grows, we become motivated to live more and more beyond ourselves. We believe "missions" is synonymous with a life of service.
